The villa is set in orange groves and is fully furnished, with air conditioning and a security system. It has wheelchair access with a ground floor bathroom/shower and double/twin bedroom. The accommodation comprises lounge, dining area, 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins), and 1.5 bathrooms. There is personal key access to the nearby swimming pool with sun beds. There is a gated drive for car parking, a garden and patio with B.B.Q.
The first floor balcony with patio table and chairs is accessible from the main bedroom. There is a large roof top Solarium with sun beds and a patio table and chairs with views of the famous blue & pink lakes, sea, mountains and orange groves.
The villa is delightfully situated in a beautiful but very quiet area of the Orihuela Costa, there are no shops or bars on the urbanisation but it is close to Los Montesinos with many beaches, golf courses and other amenities within driving distance. Although quiet you need only travel a short distance to reach the main local towns of Torrevieja, Guardamar and Orihuela.
The 2006 Spanish Open Golf Championship is being played at La Finca golf centre, appprox. 5 mins away. There are 5 Championship golf courses and numerous smaller ones all within 25 minutes drive of the property.
The World Health Organisation has confirmed this area as one of the 2 healthiest in the world. This is an Ideal quiet location for a family, though a car is essential to enable you to visit the many blue flag beaches, towns, markets, shops, golf courses etc.

The villa is primarily intended for use by families therefore we are unable to accept bookings from: groups whether male or female or mixed or anyone under 21 years of age.
