The cleaning service shall comprise a complete
clean inside & outside, including blinds,
windows, patio and patio furniture.
The beds, towels and throws on sofa will be
changed and washed.
If you are letting for six people then you
must have enough bedding and towels for two
complete changes of both items.
If your guests are staying for more than one
week and you want the bedding and towels changing
after one week we can do that. Also we can do
a quick clean round the property if required.
Please Note: The
charges for cleaning your property are not included
in €200 registration fee or €52
key holding fee.
The
cleaning Service is open to all apartment/villa/town
house ownes in the following towns: Rojales,
Guadamar ( Guardamar ), Torrevieja, Alicante,
we allready operate in numerous apartments outside
Rojales on the costa blanca.
