We are a small company of English Ladies who will provide an honest & trustworthy service caring for your holiday home, as we would like ours cared for. With this in mind we endeavour to provide a dedicated and enthusiastic service for all our clients.

Our Service

Our  aim is to make owning a holiday home trouble free, providing you with any service that will accomplish this. We are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year at the end of the telephone line. If you have any problems please ring us and we will talk through your worries. We can help you set your holiday home up, buying bedding, towels, and anything else you require.

We can let your property out all year round, or for as many weeks as you wish. If you want to keep certain dates free for yourself or family let us know and we will not book any lettings on those dates.

We will advertise on your behalf in English and local papers, also putting your property on our web page.

Living in Los Palacios we can keep a close eye on your property for you, so that you do not have to worry about leaving your property unoccupied. Whilst we will take every steps to make sure your property is safe we will not be responsible for break in or theft. We recommend that you take out insurance cover for the letting of your property.

All property registered with us, must be registered for letting with the local government office. We can help you with this if you wish.

There is a fine for not being registered with the Government which can be from 2000 euro
