1. A deposit of £ 50 is to be paid when
you book the property with the remainder being
paid 8 weeks before arrival at the property.
If you decide to cancel for any reason the deposit
is non refundable.
2. A security deposit of £100 will be
required which should be sent with your final
payment. Any damage done to the property or
contents should be declared and you will be
responsible for the repair or replacement of
said damage. If on checking the property after
your departure damage is noticed, you will be
notified of the cost of the repair or replacement.
This will be deducted from the security deposit.
If it is in access of this there will also be
a 20 euro administration fee added to the bill.
If everything is in order on departure your
security deposit will be returned straight after
the final inspection.
3. You must take every precautions to ensure
that you leave the property secure when you
are not in occupancy, closing all doors and
windows securely.
4. If you misplace the keys or accidentally
get locked out we are available 24hrs a day
with a 9 euro call out charge. If the keys need
replacing there will also be a fee of approximately
30 euros, these will be replaced during working
hours.
5. While you are resident in the property if
you have any problems please contact us, we
are available to you on the phone 24hrs a day.
6. Only the people included on the booking
form will be allowed in the property overnight.
7. Elite P.M. or the owners are not responsible
for loss or damage to your belongings while
you are in the property, you should take out
private holiday insurance.
8. Elite P.M. reserve the right to change accommodation
to a similar property of the same value or more
if for any reason the original booked property
becomes unavailable.
