1. All property registered with us must also
be registered with the local government office.
2. We are not responsible for the payment of
taxes on your earnings from letting your property.
3. A registration fee of 200 euros must be
paid before any letting of the property will
begin.
(A one off joining fee) if required this
can be taken monthly by arrangement out of the
letting income .
4. Fees of 15% per let and charges for any
other services used, will be deducted from rental
income before being put in your Spanish Bank
account
5. There will be no fee if you let the property
yourself other than the cleaning fee.
6. A statement will be posted or e mailed to
you every month with an advanced bookings form.
If you are using the cleaning service only,
the money due should be put in our bank account
on receipt of the statement.
7. You must give us the dates that the property
is available for letting.
8. Once a deposit has been left that date will
not be available for your personal use.
9. We will do our best to make sure that your
property is secure but are not to be held responsible
for break in, theft or damage done by tenants
renting the accommodation we will carry out
at least one weekly check on your property.
10. You should take out sufficient insurance
to cover both the property and contents for
letting.
